About Files:
Ensure your files are properly exported as a PDF or a flattened .jpg or .tif file, all other file types may require an additional fee. If you are having trouble uploading your files please contact us and a specialist will help you immediately.
When you placed your order an email confirmation was sent to you with an order number. Please use the order number when referencing your job. If you are reuploading artwork be sure to contact our design team to ensure proper processing, once an order is "In Production" no artwork changes are permitted.
FILES MAY TAKE A VERY LONG TIME TO UPLOAD.
Please be very patient. When they are complete, you will be directed to a confirmation page. As long as you see a blue bar at the bottom right of your browser you are currently uploading files. Please be patient and do not navigate away from the page. If you do not see a status bar and are using Internet Explorer, click View>Status Bar.

The most effective way to upload artwork to our site is by using our upload form located above. If our upload form AND our alternative file upload page is not working, please use our FTP below. If you are unfamiliar with FTP, please contact us and we will guide you through
uploading your artwork.
