Uploading Your Print Files
IMPORTANT:
This Upload form is for customers that HAVE ALREADY placed an order, or for those of you who are uploading files after placing your order over the phone. If you have any questions about how to place an order, please see our guide "How To Order".
PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW before submitting your files via the upload form.
About Files:
Our file upload page will accept files up to 18MB. If you are having difficulty please resave your files as a JPG or ZIP/STUFF your files. Please contact us and a specialist will help you immediately.
A note about order numbers: When placing your order an email confirmation has been sent to you with an order number. If possible, please use the order number when referencing your job.
Uploading Files VIA FTP
The most effective way to upload artwork to our site is by using FTP. If our upload form AND our alternative file upload page is not working, please use our FTP below. If you are unfamiliar with FTP, please contact us and we will guide you through
uploading your artwork.
The host information is:

Username: anonymous
Password: (Your email address)
UPLOAD YOUR FILES HERE
FILES WILL TAKE A VERY LONG TIME TO UPLOAD.
Please be very patient. When they are complete, you will be directed to a confirmation page. As long as you see a blue bar at the bottom right hand of your browser you are currently uploading files. Please be very patient and do not navigate away from the page. If you do not see a status bar and are using Internet Explorer, click View>Status Bar.
