The Graphic Design Process

STAGE 1 - Design
Initialization
It is critical for our design team to understand the
nature of your event or business and the image type
you need to represent you.
The design team will review the information collected
during the ordering process. Within hours of submitting
your design request, a marketing representative will
contact you via telephone to discuss your project and
gather additional details. We want to know about your
target audience, marketplace, the ways you plan to use
your project. This will allow us to better understand
and develop the most beneficial design for your project.
After reviewing this information, the design process
will begin.
STAGE 2 - Initial
Proofs
Within
the 24 hours of speaking with the marketing consultant,
you will receive your initial proofs. At this point
we will ask for your thoughts, feelings and comments.
This will also be the time to provide any corrections
or additions.

STAGE 3 - Revisions
This is where we work on ideas that you may have presented
or that we had presented after the initial proofs. You
may have liked the design or a certain element in the
design and would like to see a variation or modification.
Some projects go very quickly and some may take several
revisions. Like you, we want to make certain that you
have a design that represents your company well. A design
that represents your company well will do the same for
us.
You are entitled to two revisions and not additional
charge. Thereafter, all revisions are charged at our
hourly rate.
STAGE
4 - Finalize Project
When you give us your approval, we will prepare your
project for printing. If the artwork is approved before
4:30 PM EST on any business day (Monday - Friday) your
project will be prepared for printing that evening.
