Check Order Status / Status Explanations
Looking to find out an immediate status on your orders? You can log in to your account and view the order status on the job you are
referencing. Our order system helps us track all jobs in-house. Any job can be referenced by it's order number and status.
Common Job Status Explanations
- Pending: Pending means that your job has not been viewed by a staff member. A pending order likely came in after hours
and has not been processed yet.
- Billing Approved: This status means your order has been approved and is waiting for pre-press to get your artwork ready for printing
- Files OK - Ready For Print: When your order says this, it means it's scheduled to print very soon. This would be the last possible chance to change
anything before we begin production
- In Production:
Your job has printed. There are no more changes to be made.
- In Mailing:Your job has been printed and awaiting addressing
- Shipped:Your job has been shipped. Your tracking number will be emailed to you and available online
- Ready For Local Pickup:Your job has printed and is ready for pickup. Please come on by!
Error Status Explanation - These Need Customer Action
- Low Res Artwork: Your artwork is not able to be printed in it's current state, please contact us
- Awaiting Artwork: For some reason we can not find your artwork. We need files to print!
- Corrupt Artwork Your files did not open correctly. Please contact us!
- Awaiting Proof Approval:
This status means we have sent you a proof and are awaiting your approval for print
