By using our mailing services we include at no charge the CASS Certifying of your mailling list. CASS stands for Coding Accuracy Support System. This system is provided by the post office to standardize all mail addresses. This process involves taking your mailing list and matching it up against the database of the post office to ensure that they recognize the address and have a carrier and delivery point assigned. This will also fix the little things that may be incorrect with an address such as missing street, or incorrect zip code, and adds the +4 to the zipcode if it's not available. When we are doing CASSing your list, the post office is confident that ALL addresses are deliverable. It will kick out all addresses that they can not validate. This doesn't mean that the addressee lives there, it just means that the post office acknowleges that their is a mailbox to deliver mail to at that address. CASS certification is a requirement for Automated bulk mailing and has to be completed within 90 days of any mailing to that list.

Why? The post office gives us a discount on postage because we save them labor. If we mailed to undeliverable addresses, it creates alot of work for the post office to return or destroy those cards, by CASSing, we are saving you money and saving the post office labor.

How come I received postcards back in the mail?

The post office does not guarantee that the recipient lives at the address, only that the address is valid. If the recipient does not live at the address, or has moved with no forwarding address, the first class postcards will be returned to sender. Because people move so often, you will always have a few cards returned, regardless of the quality of the mailing list. If you mail standard and do not request return service, your postcards will be discarded by the post office.

The USPS offers a forwarding service to all postal customers at no charge. If you move, fill out the paperwork and your mail is automatically entered into the NCOA(National Change Of Address) Database, and you're mail follows you.

We have access to the NCOA database for all records in the last 48 months. This means if you're customer has moved in the last 48 months, and forwarded their mail, we have their new address.

We match your mailing list up against the NCOA database, and update all records with the new addresses. This service costs only $99 for up to 5000 records.

With this service, you need only to update 200 addresses to cover the cost of lost postage if you didn't use the service. By USPS records, up to 40 MILLION Americans changing their address every year. Use this service to find them.
